Terms of Service

HireOpz provides DevOps, FinOps, and SecOps as a Service. Our services include cloud infrastructure management, cost optimization, security operations, continuous integration and deployment, and related technical services tailored to your business needs.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for maintenance or other reasons.

All fees are charged in EUR and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time with 30 days notice.

All content, features, and functionality provided by HireOpz are our exclusive property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Any tools or code provided during our engagement remain our intellectual property.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HireOpz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and settle any outstanding payments. We may immediately terminate your access for violations of these terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
